Based in Kelvin Grove and reporting to the Sales Manager – Quarries Metro, we are looking for a self-motivated, highly organised and professional individual to join our team as a Sales Support Coordinator. As the Sales Support Coordinator you will be responsible for validating key customer pricing, customer project information and record keeping, lead generation and complaint investigation supporting the SEQ Quarry Sales team.

Key duties:

  • Respond to requests for information, reports and other inquiries for operations staff
  • Provide purchasing administration to our key customers for pricing and order validation
  • Assisting sales staff with dispute investigation
  • Manage and maintain the project register with regards to win / loss reporting
  • Data integrity checks between client purchase orders and dispatch orders
  • Customer price/project end date validation, and
  • Distribute leads from lead generation system

Skills and experience:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing preferred
  • Experience in construction related contracts, and/or experience in a contracting environment
  • Well-developed communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Exceptional level of attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines
  • A professional, energetic and enthusiastic approach, and
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
