About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Afternoon Fleet Controller to support our operations during critical evening hours. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless fleet performance, reducing reliance on overtime, and maintaining operational oversight beyond standard allocator coverage.
Working in a hybrid/remote environment, you will provide low-intensity afternoon shift coverage, supporting plant operations, monitoring agitator activity, and ensuring strong site control and safe practices across the network.
