This is more than a contact centre role—it's an opportunity to contribute to Australia’s infrastructure projects, from major highways to residential developments. Every customer interaction supports the seamless delivery of high-quality products that keep communities moving forward.

Based at our high energy Customer Service Centre's scattered across Australia, you will work effectively with internal Allocators and Production staff to provide our customers with accurate updates on their products, and you will be their trusted partner throughout their journey with Boral. 

You will develop critical skills applicable to any role including time management, stakeholder management, conflict resolution and resilience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Capturing orders for concrete products, ensuring accurate entry into our systems (training provided)
  • Partnering with Allocators and Production staff to understand and deliver status updates to customers
  • Permanent shifts: full-time and casual positions
  • Rotating roster: Monday to Friday 5.30am to 6.00pm (varies depending on location/segment)
  • Required commitment for overtime every second Saturday
  • Competitive base salary + overtime (applicable to additional hours and weekend shifts)
  • Commitment to join your peers on a permanent basis

Pay is aligned with the relevant Award or enterprise agreement and includes base salary, with opportunities to earn overtime, Saturday rates, and a monthly team-based incentive. Full details will be discussed during the recruitment process.

 

 

Based in-office, you will be expected to work the following hours on a rotating roster as either a full-time (8-hour shift), part-time or causal Customer Service Agent.

  • Monday to Friday from 5.30 am - 6.00 pm 
  • Up to 2+ Saturdays per month from 6.00 am - 2.00pm

*Operating hours and site vary depending on product stream.

*Some Boral contact centers are a 24-hour operation.
