Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be supporting the efficient batching and loading of concrete across 28 sites in regional QLD, such as our Cairns, Townsville, Mackay and Toowoomba concrete plants and much more. You will actively contribute to smooth day-to-day site operations and the proficient operation of a front-end loader.

Your day will involve: 

• Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs with dedicated programs and systems 
• Safe operation of front-end loader to weigh up materials for batching 
• Managing day to day administration including stock control of raw materials and monthly forecasts 
• Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting 
• General yard housekeeping and maintenance 

What are we looking for? 

• Relevant batching and/or concrete industry experience or knowledge
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to multiple sites across Regional QLD  
• A current FEL ticket, forklift licence or HR licence will be highly advantageous
• Sound computer literacy working with multiple systems and safety reporting
