Your day will involve:

  • Maintenance of office administrative systems and data
  • General administrative duties, including processing invoices, credit investigations and resolution of front-end systems updates
  • Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders as required
  • Update and maintain databases
  • Reconciliation of transactions

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience providing administrative support to a team in a fast paced and complex environment.
  • The ability to work effectively in a team, positively contributing to the team environment.
  • The ability to work across multiple functions, using multiple systems and with your highly developed skills in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Understanding of invoice processes and or financial transactions / reporting.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with people across all levels of the organisation
