We're seeking a dynamic Team Leader to spearhead the creation and implementation of cutting-edge systems and processes for our Customer Service Centre. In this pivotal role, you'll oversee incoming calls for Townsville Concrete Plants while shaping the foundation for future expansions to include more of our Regional Queensland sites. Your day will involve:

  • Establishing a Regional Call Centre: Lead the development and implementation of a call centre servicing regional Queensland, ensuring its efficiency and scalability to meet current and future business needs.
  • Managing Customer Communications: Handle all aspects of customer interactions, including responding to inbound inquiries and making outbound calls for follow-ups, updates and proactive support.
  • System and Policy Development: Design and implement comprehensive systems and policies to streamline operations and improve service delivery.
  • Recruiting and Training Staff: Hire and train team members to meet call centre standards and objectives.

  • Experience in managing and improving call centre processes.
  • Proven ability to establish and set up new processes and systems from the ground up.
  • Skilled in developing and implementing procedures while collaborating closely with operational teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships.
