The Opportunity:

Due to continued growth across our business, we now have a fantastic opportunity available for a Contract Administrator to join our high performing team in North Ryde NSW 2113.

This role will see you focused on providing accurate and timely administration support to the Commercial Contracts team, including ensuring contract risk and opportunity is optimally managed, project performance is monitored and detailed analysis provided in order to maximise project outcomes.

Key Duties:

  • Prepare and submit progress claims to clients in accordance with contract terms
  • Follow up on outstanding claims and variations on a timely basis
  • Analyse subcontractors/suppliers quotations to ensure they are within projects budget and scope
  • Prepare subcontract agreements and scopes of work prior to commencement of work on-site
  • Ensure site activities are monitored and are performed within budget
  • Execution of monthly project financial forecast
  • Check cost allocation of all project invoices and ensure that invoices are authorised prior to payment

About You:

  • Experience in a Contract Administration role ideally within the Building and Construction industry
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management (desirable)
  • Computer literate (including MS Excel) with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commercial focus, detail orientated and results driven
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills together with strong organisational skills
  • Detail orientated, diligent and enthusiastic
  • Able work both independently and as part of a team
