We currently have a great opportunity available for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our Boral Asphalt team in Williamstown VIC 3016.

Reporting to the Area Manager, this role will see you focused on developing and executing Boral Asphalt’s business development strategy in the Melbourne Metro region.

Your day will involve:

• Manage and maintain work pipeline
• Price projects and peer reviews of tenders.
• Mentor the junior estimators
• Developing and maintain relationships with key customers and ex-bin clients, including face-to-face catchups and entertainment

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in an Estimating role
• Experience in asphalt or spray sealing is preferred, or Civil or road construction/maintenance.
• Experience in tender risk and opportunity management (desirable)
• Ability to form and maintain client and industry partnerships
