Your next opportunity:
The Administration Officer will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our NSW Metro Concrete Business by providing efficient administrative services. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and delivering high-quality service to internal teams and external stakeholders.
What your day will involve:
- Provide administrative support to management and staff, including scheduling, correspondence, and documentation preparation.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and databases, both paper-based and electronic.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and other office-related tasks.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients, ensuring effective communication and customer service.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
- Process and manage invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering when necessary.

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
