Do you pride yourself on being a reliable, driven and self-motivated individual? Then we want YOU to join our Customer Service team based in our Concrete Contact Centre at North Ryde on a 12-month fixed-term contract!
We are seeking a Customer Solution Agent to provide support for our customers in relation to orders and general inquiries. In this opportunity, you will be required to be available for the 9-5pm shift Monday to Friday and Saturdays on rotation as overtime.
Your day will involve;
- Receive orders and enter them into our systems in a precise and agile manner (with training provided)
- Understand production capabilities of the Boral plant and truck network
- Monitor progress of deliveries and provide delivery status information to the customer, using vehicle tracking systems
- Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.

- Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders
