We are actively searching for a dedicated Driver to join our dynamic team in Thornton, NSW 2322 on a full-time permanent basis. This role opens doors for professional growth and cross-training within different facets of our business, offering you a diverse and enriching skill set development.

Your day will involve the safe operation and driving of HC trucks together with the safe handling and spraying of various bituminous products, such as hot bitumen, polymer-modified bitumen and prime emulsion.

The ideal candidate for this position would be an adept HR or HC Driver, preferably with a background in the construction industry. While experience with the operation of a bitumen spray truck is considered an asset, it's not a mandatory requirement. We are seeking an individual who thrives in a collaborative team environment and takes pride in achieving collective goals.

What are we looking for?

• Valid HC licence or a HR Licence, with aspirations to upgrade to a HC licence
• A background in the asphalt or bitumen spray seal industry, along with previous experience handling Dangerous Goods (desirable)

• Ability to work independently with a commitment to meticulous record-keeping
• A passion for driving trucks and a collaborative team spirit
