An opportunity exists for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join Boral’s broader IT Team. Reporting to the Field Services Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of Boral’s technology and network infrastructure. You will be responsible for providing on-site technical support to end-users, troubleshooting I.T. hardware at sites, software issues, and maintaining IT systems in optimal condition. This project-based role has a main focus currently on a company-wide project involving the roll out of new laptops and desktops across 360 sites and 3200 Boral users, coordinating the roll out with vendor and sites.

Your day will involve:

• Coordination of the laptop/desktop refresh project with vendors and Boral sites, reporting on progress.
• Coordination of site commission/upgrade/decommission activities including office fit-out.
• Coordination of telco field mobilisation (new devices, fix existing devices).
• Management of meeting room facilities including gaining quotes for new equipment as per site requirements.
• Vendor management and liaison.

What are we looking for?

• Tertiary qualifications in IT or Technology.
• Project management skills with strong coordination abilities.
• Troubleshooting and application or network support background.
• Strong knowledge of the IT network infrastructure across a large business.
• Customer focused mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and proficient with MS Excel.
