We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our concrete operations within the Sydney Metro area. This role is pivotal in driving our operations to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for continuous improvement.  

Your day will involve: 

• Oversee the daily operations of a number of operational sites, implementing best practices to streamline processes and optimize production and delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of production managers and staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Monitor site performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance of the region.
