• Planning and delivering training materials and activities to Boral employees and contractors.  
• Induction and training of new company drivers within Boral’s driver training guidelines, identify training/assessment gaps within the QLD Concrete Business and develop action plans to meet current and future requirements. 
• Work with existing Logistics Supervisors to assist in delivery of training and assessment requirements of drivers. 
• Undertake verification of competency training and assessment. 
• Driver behaviour reporting from our Telematics system and other reporting tasks as required. 
• Promotes a sustainable safety culture including PPE standards and compliance to Boral’s Safety Systems   

What are we looking for? 

• Minimum HR Licence 
• Cert  IV Training and Assessment 
• Strong experience as a Heavy Vehicle Driver Trainer or a similar role 
• Experience in Heavy vehicle operations and preferred experience in operating Agitator vehicles 
• Experience in concrete slumping of loads
