Your next opportunity: 

Based in Bendigo VIC 3550, we are seeking a responsible, organized and experienced leader to join our team as Asphalt Regional Manager.  In this role you will lead a diverse range of departments, including manufacturing units and work crews, to optimise the performance outcomes of the business. 

Your day will involve:

• Lead the Boral asphalt and spray seal operations in the region.
• Manage a great workforce and the multiple aspects of the business, including estimating, production / manufacturing, project delivery, plant / equipment utilisation and maintenance, safety, financial performance.
• Build new or maintain existing relationships, both internally (employees, Boral quarries) and externally (clients, subcontractors and supply chain partners)
• Lead and drive HSEQ strategies, initiatives and standards 

What are we looking for?

• A leader and relationship builder capable of managing a division with ~30 local employees and having an impact on the local community
• Construction, Asphalt or Spray Sealing industry experience highly regarded but not required. Training and ongoing support will be provided by the Melbourne and national teams
• Commitment to Zero Harm and demonstrated safety leadership behaviours
