Your day will involve:
- Maintenance of office administrative systems and data
- General administrative duties, including processing invoices, credit investigations and resolution of front-end systems updates
- Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders as required
- Update and maintain databases
- Reconciliation of transactions
What are we looking for?
- Minimum 3 years’ experience providing administrative support to a team in a fast paced and complex environment.
- The ability to work effectively in a team, positively contributing to the team environment.
- The ability to work across multiple functions, using multiple systems and with your highly developed skills in Microsoft Office applications.
- Understanding of invoice processes and or financial transactions / reporting.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with people across all levels of the organisation
