Based at our Carrum Downs plant, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated plant operator to join our high performing and committed team. As the newest member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking both operation duties and administration tasks

As a Plant Operator, you will be at the heart of our concrete production processes, ensuring that our plant runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll operate and maintain machinery, monitor production metrics, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Your Day will involve:

• Accurate batching of concrete orders using advanced systems.
• Operating front-end loaders to weigh and load materials.
• Managing daily administration, including stock control and reporting.
• Inspecting and maintaining plant equipment and trucks.
• General housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Sound computer skills for batching, reporting, and stock management.
