As an Account Manager within our Concrete business, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers across the Northern Beaches and Eastern Sydney. You will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll ensure customer satisfaction and the successful delivery of Boral’s concrete products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth across the region.
Provide expert advice on our range of concrete products and services, ensuring the right solutions for our customers.
Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of concrete.
Monitor and analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform effective sales strategies.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving.
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Requirements
Proven experience in account management and business development (construction materials or related industry experience highly regarded).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work autonomously.
Full driver’s licence and flexibility to travel within the Sydney Metro region.
