Boral currently has an opportunity for an Accounts Officer located in Chullora, NSW 2190.  The role will focus on providing efficient and accurate Accounts Payable, Receivable services in a fast paced environment.

Your day will involve:

• Processing and matching invoices to Purchase Orders or Cost Centres
• Proactively communicating with Suppliers to effectively resolve invoice holds and blocks
• Communicating and maintaining relationships with internal service users
• Supporting continuous improvement and standardisation of accounts processes
• Ensuring all Accounts payable/receivable processes comply with accounting standards
• Back up Payroll responsibilities

What we are looking for?

• Demonstrable long-term experience in Accounts Payable and/or Receivable 
• Experience in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key internal contacts and external suppliers
• Proven ability in time management and in managing work priorities
• Demonstrable ability to work in a team
