We are actively seeking a motivated Administration Officer to join our SEQ Concrete. In this role, you will provide end to end administration support to the assets and operations team.
This is a full time permanent role that can be based at any of our concrete plants across SEQ.
Your day will involve:
Daily maintenance of all purchase orders
Daily maintenance of our assets in Maximo
Managing asset transfers, changes, new asset set up and disposals in Maximo
Raising purchase orders for Capex (as required)
Onboarding and training of new suppliers
Compile data and complete monthly reports
What are we looking for?
Strong administrative experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the business
A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
Strong time management and prioritization skills
High-level attention to detail
Experience using applications such as Oracle, Maximo and Microsoft Office (preferred but not essential)
