We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting key administrative processes to ensure smooth operations. This is a full time permanent position based at our head office at Perth Airport.

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who enjoys:

Your day will involve:

• Enter and manage data accurately across various systems.
• Maintain attention to detail while handling high volumes of documentation.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and process improvements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflows.
• Ability to make a real difference

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative or data-entry role (experience in construction materials or a similar industry is a bonus, but not essential).
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in using multiple systems and software tools.

About Boral Concrete

Rarely a day goes by that you wouldn’t pass one of our batching plants or Agitator trucks. In WA, we have 10 concrete plants across the Metro, Kalgoorlie and Port Hedland helping to build key infrastructure and homes across the state.  Supplying our concrete plants and external customers is our network of 5 Boral Operated Quarries.  Boral nationally is growing and our WA business is a growing & exciting space to be!
