Based at our North Ryde office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient cement deliveries across NSW — working with a fleet of over 130 trucks! Your day will involve:
Manage and process customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
Coordinate delivery schedules based on driver and truck availability
Use advanced systems to track stock, dispatch loads, and monitor truck movements
Communicate with internal teams (production, sales, technical, transport) to ensure a seamless customer experience
Provide delivery updates and solutions to customers using our truck tracking systems.
What are we looking for?
A strong team player with top-notch communication and customer service skills
A fast thinker with strong problem-solving and planning abilities
Comfortable working with computer systems and digital tools
Experience in logistics, allocations, freight, dispatch, or warehousing is a bonus
Knowledge of NHVR fatigue management is a plus — training provided if not!
