We are looking for an experienced Asset Manager to lead maintenance planning and asset performance across Boral's South Australia Concrete & Quarries business. Working closely with operations and maintenance teams, you'll

drive asset reliability, improve equipment performance and support long-term asset lifecycle planning across multiple sites. This is a key role focused on optimising maintenance strategies, reducing downtime and delivering safe, efficient and cost-effective outcomes across a diverse portfolio of assets. You'll have the opportunity to influence asset management practices, partner with senior stakeholders and contribute to the ongoing success of one of Australia's leading construction materials businesses. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and delivering minor capital projects across the concrete and quarry business in South Australia. 

Your day will involve: 

• Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance requirements are met. 
• Developing and maintaining maintenance plans across operations.  
• Monitoring asset reliability, performance and condition.  
• Identifying opportunities to improve equipment availability and reduce downtime.  
• Supporting asset lifecycle and capital planning and implementation initiatives.  
• Managing maintenance budgets and asset performance reporting.  
• Working with operational teams, contractors and key stakeholders to deliver asset care outcomes.  

What are we looking for? 

• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement. 
• Degree qualification in Engineering, Business or a related discipline.  
• Experience in asset management, project management, maintenance, reliability or operational leadership.  
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance planning.  
• Experience within quarrying, mining, manufacturing, concrete, construction materials or a similar heavy industry environment.  
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills.
