Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of operations — batching and loading concrete with accuracy, supporting daily site activities, and confidently operating plant and mobile equipment. No two days will look the same, and you’ll be part of a team that values safety, teamwork, and growth.

Your day will involve:
• Producing quality concrete by accurately batching orders with our dedicated systems
• Safely operating a front-end loader to prepare materials for batching
• Taking ownership of stock control, raw materials, and monthly forecasts
• Being actively involved in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and reporting
• Keeping the yard safe and tidy through general maintenance and housekeeping

What are we looking for?
• Genuine interest in the concrete industry — no experience needed as full training is provided
• Confidence using computers and working across multiple systems
• Flexibility, a team-focused mindset, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed
