Join our team at the Bundaberg Concrete Plant and play a key role in delivering the infrastructure that helps communities grow. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering long-term career development with one of Australia's leading building materials companies.

Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient batching and loading of concrete while contributing to the day-to-day operations of the site. You'll also gain valuable exposure to broader plant responsibilities, making this an ideal role for someone looking to progress their career beyond batching.

What you'll be doing

• Accurately batching concrete to customer specifications using dedicated systems and software
• Operating a front-end loader to weigh and load raw materials
• Managing daily administration, stock control, and monthly forecasting activities
• Supporting site safety initiatives, including pre-starts, toolbox talks, and incident reporting
• Assisting with plant maintenance and general housekeeping
• Working collaboratively across multiple areas of the operation

What we're looking for

• Previous batching or concrete industry experience highly regarded
• A motivated individual looking to step into a broader operational role with future growth opportunities
• Strong computer skills and confidence working across multiple systems
• A proactive approach to safety and teamwork
• Flexibility and willingness to support different areas of the plant as required
