Are you reliable, driven, and customer-focused? We want YOU to join our Customer Service team based in our Concrete Contact Centre at Kooragang on a Permanent Full-Time basis!
We’re looking for a Customer Solutions Agent to support our customers with orders and general enquiries. You’ll work Monday to Friday (9am–5pm), with the opportunity for Saturday overtime on rotation.
What you’ll be doing
Receive and process customer orders quickly and accurately (full training provided)
Learn about our plant production and truck network capabilities
Track deliveries and update customers using our vehicle tracking systems
Build strong, professional relationships with customers and internal teams
What we’re looking for
Reliable team players who enjoy working in-office, 5 days a week
Customer-focused problem solvers with strong communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
Computer literacy and eagerness to learn
