This fast paced, dynamic and rewarding position will see that you undertake daily customer service and allocations responsibilities, whilst mentoring and training a small team. As an integral member of our QLD operations, you will have the opportunity to influence the quality of our service and our culture.
Your day will involve:
Provide ongoing training and mentorship to the Customer Service Centre team
Resolve customer queries and drive solutions to meet expectations
Partner with internal stakeholders including Production to maximise service
Provide product information and help improve customer interactions by building meaningful, long term relationships
Assist with capturing orders and coordinating the dispatch/ timely delivery of our products
What are we looking for?
Demonstrated leadership attributes within a call centre environment coupled with a passion for customer service
Strong problem solving skills with a proactive and hands on approach towards work
Exceptional communication abilities and strong emotional intelligence
Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast paced and changing environment
Excellent partnering skills and the ability to influence meaningful relationships
