We are currently seeking a Concrete Agitator Driver to join our team at our Coffs Harbour Concrete Plant.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for the safe loading, transport and delivery of pre-mixed concrete to our valued customers across the region. This is a hands-on position offering variety, autonomy and the opportunity to work as part of a supportive team that prioritises safety and customer service.
 
The nature of our operations requires flexibility to work Monday to Saturday as required.
 
Your day will involve:
  • Delivering concrete safely and efficiently to customer sites
  • Managing slump tolerance levels and the safe discharge of concrete
  • Completing delivery dockets and associated documentation accurately
  • Communicating effectively with allocators, batchers and customers
  • Conducting daily pre-start inspections and maintaining vehicle safety standards
  • Assisting with general yard duties and plant housekeeping
  • Contributing to a positive safety culture and maintaining compliance with company procedures
What are we looking for?
  • Current HR Driver Licence
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental standards
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Self-motivated with a professional and courteous approach
  • Reliable, flexible and willing to learn
  • Previous experience within the concrete, construction, transport or related industries will be highly regarded, however full training will be provided
