As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of Boral Asphalt by supporting business development, preparing tenders, and building trusted customer relationships. What you’ll be doing:

• Preparing tenders and quotations, including non-price criteria
• Managing and maintaining a strong project pipeline
• Keeping our estimating database up to date and accurate
• Building and nurturing relationships with key customers across multiple market segments
• Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver outstanding results

What we’re looking for:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills
• Solid numeracy and literacy capabilities
• Experience in estimating (or a genuine interest in building a career in this area)
• Background in civil and/or pavement construction (desirable but not essential)
• A collaborative approach with the ability to foster strong client and industry partnerships
