          Your primary responsibility as a Foreman will be to oversee the Spray Seal Crew, which involves managing team performance, emphasising safety, operational efficiency, and commercial excellence. As a Foreman, you will focus on developing your crew and ensuring the delivery of projects with an industry-leading service. 

          Your day will involve:

          • Lead, manage, and motivate an asphalt spray seal crew to complete projects on time and within budget
          • Coordinate daily operations including equipment usage, material delivery, scheduling and reporting
          • Ensure safety compliance and enforce company policies on site
          • Communicate effectively with clients
          • Train and mentor crew members

          What are we looking for?

          • Previous experience in an asphalt spray seal crew 
          • General Construction Induction Card (White card)
          • Strong leadership and communication skills
          • Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
