At Boral, safety stands at the forefront of our values. As our Logistics Supervisor, your paramount duty will be to guarantee the safety and compliance of our concrete heavy vehicle fleet in accordance with NHVR accreditation. The Logistics Supervisor will have ownership of all maintenance operations across Metro NSW Concrete.
Managing and approving follow up work identified by suppliers to a predetermined limit of authority and verifying close out
Reviewing and prioritizing maintenance requests utilizing internal online systems
Monitoring and reviewing work quality
monitoring and reporting KPIs such as heavy vehicle outages
Liaising with operations to manage repair costs within budget constraints
What are we looking for?
Heavy diesel mechanical trade qualifications/ licenses
Demonstrated knowledge of heavy vehicle trucks and NHVR
Flexibility to travel across metro NSW
Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively
