We are actively seeking a motivated Logistics Support Officer to provide high quality and timely administrative services to Boral’s supply chain Concrete and Quarry divisions.
This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based in Port Melbourne reporting to the Logistics Manager.
This role will primarily be responsible for processing and reporting heavy vehicle contractor, vehicle and driver data. As an integral member of the division, this role supports Boral’s regulation and compliance in accordance with the Heavy Vehicle National Law
Your Day Will Involve:
Setting up and maintaining contractor, driver, and vehicle records
Processing and documenting licenses, insurances, contracts, induction records, and related compliance documents
Managing and coordinating fines (e.g., speeding violations)
Coordinating medicals and monitoring telematics events
Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and systems
Maintaining effective communication with key stakeholders
What Are We Looking For?
Strong administrative experience, ideally in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Transport
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the business
A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
Strong time management and prioritization skills
High-level attention to detail
Experience with NHVAS accreditations (preferred but not essential)
