Your next opportunity
Supporting our NSW Quarries business, you'll coordinate the end-to-end maintenance planning cycle, helping improve asset reliability, safety and operational performance across multiple quarry sites. Working closely with Quarry Managers, Maintenance Supervisors and site leadership teams, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering the full maintenance work management cycle across quarry operations throughout NSW.
This is a permanent full-time role based at either our Seaham or North Ryde office, with regular engagement and travel across our NSW quarry network.
Your day will involve:
- Coordinate preventative maintenance programs and manage monthly asset care activities across NSW quarry operations
- Prepare and issue weekly, monthly and shutdown maintenance schedules
- Create, prioritise and close out work orders while maintaining accurate maintenance records
- Ensure labour, contractors, parts, tooling and resources are available for planned work
- Monitor maintenance backlogs and prioritise critical and high-risk maintenance tasks
- Maintain Maximo data integrity and produce reports on maintenance performance, equipment reliability and compliance
- Partner with site teams to align maintenance plans with operational priorities and production requirements
- Identify and escalate risks, delays and improvement opportunities across maintenance and work management processes
This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys working across multiple priorities, building strong relationships with site teams, and making a tangible impact on safety, reliability and operational performance.
What are we looking for?
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365, with strong spreadsheet and reporting skills
- Working knowledge of a CMMS such as Maximo, SAP, MEX, Pronto, Oracle EAM or similar
- A sound understanding of maintenance scheduling and work order management processes
- Some exposure to a heavy industry environment such as quarrying, mining, manufacturing or construction materials, or a strong scheduling or administration background and an interest in building a career in maintenance
- Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills, with a focus on compliance and continuous improvement
- Ability to manage competing priorities while building effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
