Boral have two outstanding opportunities available for Asphalt Crew Members to join our growing team in Coffs Harbour. 

As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for operating mobile plant equipment for road surfacing works and engaging in general hand labouring tasks.

Join us in shaping the construction of a major bypass and be part of a team committed to excellence.

Your day will involve: 

• Contribute to all crew tasks as necessary to deliver a quality product in a safe environment
• Safely and efficiently operate asphalt mobile plant equipment
• Maintain company trucks and plant equipment
• Participate in site safety and business improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Boral WHS policies, meeting safety and environmental standards

What are we looking for? 

• Experience in asphalt road surfacing (preferred)
• Available to work from Monday to Sunday and nights as required
• Current heavy vehicle driver's licence (HR) or any plant operation tickets will be highly regarded
• White card
• Proven ability to work well within a team environment
• Strong commitment to safety and the environment with a superior customer focus
