- Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs and utilizing the docket dispatch system;
- Day-to-day administration of the Asphalt Plant including stock control of raw materials;
- Work closely with the laboratory team;
- General yard and plant housekeeping and maintenance, along with the safe operation of a front-end loader.
- Carry out routine inspections and Basic maintenance on fixed plant
- Relevant batching and/or asphalt industry experience;
- A strong commitment to safety and the environment along with a superior customer focus;
- Other tickets that would benefit are; Forklift, EWP, Confined Space,
- Strong organisational skills including the ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines;
- Flexibility to work on a 4-week rotating roster including day, afternoon, night, night and week end shifts
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday Dayshift hours and, Sunday to Friday Night Shift including overtime hours when required;
