Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll join our Perth Metro Concrete sales team based at Perth Airport in a full time, permanent role.

This role brings together two sides of the same relationship. You'll manage and grow your own customer portfolio as well as coordinate the concrete supply that follows, working closely with the customer service, technical, lab and operations teams.

This role will suit someone who likes variety and enjoys seeing a job through from quote to pour. It offers a clear pathway into account management, sales, and operational roles across Boral, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with the business.

Your day will involve:

• Managing and growing an allocated customer portfolio through proactive engagement and relationship building.
• Converting enquiries, web leads and COD customers into sales, preparing quotes and maintaining a healthy pipeline.
• Coordinating concrete supply across multiple sites, including bookings, traffic management plans, technical requirements and production scheduling.
• Planning and forecasting project requirements, customer needs and area demand.
• Resolving service, quality and account enquiries, and supporting QA and safety processes on site.
• Maintaining accurate customer and project information in Salesforce CRM

What are we looking for?

• Experience in internal sales, customer service, sales support or a similar customer-focused role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders from site crews to senior managers.
• Proven ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail, strong problem solving and the ability to work through conflicting priorities.
• A basic technical understanding of concrete and supply processes, or the appetite to learn it quickly.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
• A proactive, self-motivated team player who works well across multiple teams.

About Boral Concrete

Rarely a day goes by that you wouldn’t pass one of our batching plants or Agitator trucks. In WA, we have 10 concrete plants across the Metro, Kalgoorlie and Port Hedland helping to build key infrastructure and homes across the state.  Supplying our concrete plants and external customers is our network of 5 Boral Operated Quarries.  Boral nationally is growing and our WA business is a growing & exciting space to be!
