Your day will involve:

• Championing Safety: Lead by example with a Zero Harm commitment, ensuring compliance with Boral’s OH&S and Environmental standards.
• Operational Leadership: Coordinate day-to-day operations to meet financial budgets and product output goals.
• Building Strong Relationships: Foster strong connections with customers, delivering exceptional and professional service to both external and internal stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure quarry and concrete products meet Australian Standards and exceed customer expectations.
• Strategic Planning: Organize and oversee site production activities, ensuring seamless execution.
• Maximizing Efficiency: Maintain and enhance overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) for optimal site performance
