We’re looking for a Sales Effectiveness Coordinator to join our Commercial Pricing and Analytics team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on data, process improvement, and supporting high-performing sales teams.
What you’ll be doing:
Creating and distributing weekly sales activity reports
Administering Salesforce CRM updates and user changes
Tracking progress on volume and price improvement actions
Supporting the rollout of new sales processes and initiatives
Coordinating internal sales training sessions and tracking attendance
Developing and maintaining sales process documentation
Analysing sales pipeline and conversion data to identify opportunities
Reducing price validation changes and customer disputes
What we’re looking for:
Detail-oriented and analytical, with a passion for process improvement
Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly regarded)
Comfortable working with data and reporting tools
A strong communicator and team player
Organised and proactive in managing multiple priorities
