We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 7 month fixed term opportunity covering parental leave to support our business with attracting and hiring the best talent in the market. Based at North Ryde, you will be part of a dedicated internal team who are passionate about delivering an exceptional experience to our internal stakeholders as well as prospective candidates who are interested in building a great career with Boral.
Your day will involve:
Working collaboratively with Hiring Managers, Senior Leadership and People & Culture to develop, implement and evaluate recruitment initiatives and sourcing strategies for current and pipelined positions
Facilitating end to end Talent Acquisition functions including; job briefs, sourcing, screening, booking interviews, managing employment checks, negotiating offers and on-boarding
Actively maintaining our applicant tracking system (PageUp) to ensure data integrity
Gaining a thorough understanding of the business areas that you support to ensure recruitment is aligned to their requirements and strategy
Participating in bespoke campaigns and relevant sourcing strategies to deliver on business needs
What are we looking for?
End to end recruitment experience with a proven track record in delivering successful and sustainable outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Sound knowledge and application of proactive sourcing tools such as Linkedin Recruiter and Seek Talent Search
Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A proactive and collaborative approach with a customer focus mindset and genuine desire to provide a first-class candidate and hiring manager experience
