Are you an ambitious graduate ready to launch your career in sales? We're looking for a driven, customer-focused professional to grow into an Account Manager role, promoting our limestone products across the region.

You'll bring 2-3 years of experience working with customers, whether in retail, hospitality, sales support, or a similar role and a genuine hunger to develop your commercial skills. In return, we'll invest in you with hands on mentorship, real client exposure, and a clear pathway to own your own accounts.

Your next opportunity

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product solutions, and support business growth. This role is a mix of field-based relationship management and office-based planning and coordination.

  • Spend 3 days on the road meeting customers and visiting sites
  • Work 2 days from our North Ryde office
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify sales opportunities and support account growth
  • Learn about limestone products and their commercial applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is proactive, curious, and eager to develop a career in sales.

  • Recently completed a university degree (Business, Arts, Science)
  • Strong interest in sales, construction materials, or industrial products (e.g. limestone)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence (required for travel)
