Boral is looking for a Customer Service & Dispatch Officer to join our Asphalt Business. The key focus of the role is to be the main point of contact between the customer and the Specialty Products Business for NSW & ACT.

This is a permanent full time position, working Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with a rotating weekend roster.

Your day will involve:

• Record and process all order details accurately as well as assist with allocations
• Pass sales leads, pricing and product information enquires to estimators.
• Liaise with operational staff frequently to understand up to date stock levels and lead times. Ensuring customer expectations are set and delivered upon.
• General administration duties as required

What are we looking for?

• Prior experience in a customer focused role
• Proven knowledge of logistics and goods transport is desirable.
• Strong people skills & communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
