We’re seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting key administrative processes to ensure smooth operations. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who enjoys:

Your day will involve:

• Enter and manage data accurately across various systems.
• Maintain attention to detail while handling high volumes of documentation.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and process improvements.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflows.

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative or data-entry role (experience in construction materials or a similar industry is a bonus).
• Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in using multiple systems and software tools.
• Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
