We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations through accurate data management and strong administrative support.

Your day will involve:

• Entering and maintaining accurate data across various systems
• Handling high volumes of documentation with strong attention to detail
• Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Working collaboratively with team members to improve efficiency and workflows

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative or data entry role (experience in construction materials or a similar industry is advantageous)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• A team-focused approach with excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to work across multiple systems and software tools
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
