Based at our Sutherland Office, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient cement deliveries across NSW - working with a fleet of over 130 trucks! Join a close-knit, supportive team where no two days are the same. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where you’re planning skills and quick thinking will make a real impact.

Your shift will entail working nominated hours between 6am - 6pm Monday to Friday and every second Saturday from 6am - 2pm. This position is conveniently located next to Sutherland train station.

 

Your day will involve:

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage and process customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Coordinate and allocate delivery schedules based on driver and truck availability
  • Use advanced systems to track stock, dispatch loads, and monitor truck movements
  • Communicate with internal teams (production, sales, technical, transport) to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Provide delivery updates and solutions to customers using our truck tracking systems.

 

 What are we looking for?

  • A strong team player with top-notch communication and customer service skills
  • A fast thinker with strong problem-solving and planning abilities
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and digital tools
  • Experience in logistics, allocations or freight
  • Knowledge of NHVR fatigue management — training provided if not!

 

This position would suit someone who has an enthusiastic desire to work in a productive team environment where high morale contributes to customer satisfaction.
