Working at our Concrete plant in Wodonga as a Plant Operator, you will utilize your customer service, problem solving, teamwork and machine operating skills to be at the heart of our production processes, ensuring that our production runs smoothly and efficiently.

This is an entry level role for individuals with a 'go getter' attitude and an eagerness to learn the trade. Your days will involve learning the concrete and quarry industry, whilst also learning to operate heavy machinery such as loaders, Agi trucks, Forklifts and more! 

This position will require someone that is open to working shift work, and working early mornings.

Your Day will involve:

• Attending daily toolbox briefings
• Learning to operate heavy machinery
• Learning fixed and mobile plant operations
• undertaking courses and studies to obtain tickets for machine operations. 
• Operating front-end loaders to batch, weigh and load materials.
• General housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Upholding and following safety standards and procedures.
