An opportunity exists for a proactive and passionate Health & Safety Business Partner to join our national Health and Safety team to specifically support our significant Concrete Plant Capital Project at St Peters.
The Health & Safety Business Partner provides expert HSEQ and technical guidance across all phases of construction and demolition work, supporting safe, compliant and efficient project delivery. This critical role works closely with project teams to identify and manage risks, monitor controls, and ensure adherence to HSEQ systems, legislation, and organisational standards. Embedding HSEQ considerations into project planning and decision making, this individual will build team capability through training, monitor activities and lead investigations as required. Committed to continuous improvement, they will champion a positive culture and respectful, inclusive work environment.
This is a 17 month fixed term role and will be based at our St Peters site in NSW.
