Join Boral Recycling at our Salisbury site and play a key role in transforming construction waste into valuable new resources. As a Fixed Plant & Heavy Mobile Equipment Operator, you'll be involved in all aspects of our recycling operation. While plant operation will be your primary focus, you'll also enjoy a varied workday that includes working alongside a supportive team to keep the site running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating fixed plant and heavy mobile equipment (HME)
• Loading road trucks with finished product
• Managing inbound materials and stock movements
• Loading materials for mobile processing equipment
• Operating haul trucks and transporting materials around site
• Working closely with the Site Manager, Supervisor, and wider team
• Assisting with general site maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintaining high safety and environmental standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience operating fixed plant and/or heavy mobile equipment
• Experience in quarrying, recycling, crushing, screening, or blending operations is highly regarded
• A strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
• Someone who enjoys hands-on work and thrives in a team environment
