Based at our vital Boral Concrete plant in Bullen, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated plant operators to join our high performing and committed team. As the newest member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking both operation duties.

As a Plant Operator, you will be at the heart of our concrete production processes, ensuring that our plant runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll operate and maintain machinery, monitor production metrics, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

Individuals with experience in concrete batching, operating front end loaders, operating forklifts and working within a safety critical environment are encouraged to apply.

Your Day will involve:

• Accurate batching of concrete orders using advanced systems.
• Operating front-end loaders to weigh and load materials.
• Managing daily administration, including stock control and reporting.
• Inspecting and maintaining plant equipment and trucks.
• General housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Upholding and following safety standards and procedures.

• Sound computer skills for batching, reporting, and stock management.

• Availability to work shift work
