Pricing Analyst

This critical role is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of sales and pricing data across Boral. By providing actionable insights and supporting our national pricing strategies, you’ll help enhance decision-making and drive improvements in overall sales productivity.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls, pricing governance, and data integrity standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to audit requirements across pricing and reporting systems.

Pricing & Margin Management:

  • Deliver meaningful price and margin analysis to support strategic pricing decisions and improve profitability.
  • Develop reporting to proactively identify margin leakage gaps in internal price execution. 
  • Undertake deep dive analysis on internal pricing issues as they arise.
  • Make recommendations to Sales, Finance, Pricing and IT teams to adjust processes that have given rise to issues. 

What are we looking for?

  • Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in financial, pricing, or commercial analysis within a complex, data-driven environment.
  • Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly and influence stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations.
  • Background in construction, building materials, or large matrixed organisations will be viewed favourably.
