We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Spray Seal Project Manager to lead our Wagga Wagga Spray Seal Operation. This role is all about delivering high-quality spray seal services—safely, on time, and to customer expectations—while meeting financial targets and driving team performance. You'll lead with purpose, champion continuous improvement, and foster collaboration across depots, states, and the broader Boral business.

Your day will involve:

• Leading the Spray Seal team to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality service delivery
• Promoting and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across people and processes
• Driving cross-functional collaboration across depots, states, and business units
• Processing job costs, invoicing and managing raw materials
• Coaching and developing team members to deliver industry-leading service with zero harm
• Managing and coordinating spray seal and direct sales operations
• Preparing weekly forecasts and analysing financial reports
• Planning works to meet delivery deadlines and budget targets
• Ensuring compliance with Boral’s OH&S, environmental, and quality standards
• Monitoring job progress, market trends, competitor activity, and reporting as needed

• Practical knowledge of OH&S and environmental legislation
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Project and operations management experience
• Understanding of spray seal equipment, processes, and quality standards
• Financial literacy and ability to analyse reports
• Customer-focused mindset with a knack for building strong relationships
• Valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record
